Farewell
Twenty years ago, fully loaded in a '76 Caprice and pop-up camper, The Franz' embarked on a journey with a purpose to share the gospel of Christ through music and family testimony. After traveling over a million miles, observing God's beautiful handiwork and man's craftsmanship, performing over 3,000 concerts, this memorable chapter of life is coming to a close.
It has been a real joy for Ruth Ann and myself to watch all of our children grow into adults with a love for music and a purpose to serve and glorify God. Although so much of us wants to hang on to what is familiar, it is time to watch them all pursue their own dreams and desires that God has placed in their hearts. We consider it all joy that so many of them stayed with us this long, and seeing the great job Hadley is doing as a husband, father and spiritual leader in his home, gives us assurance the others will do the same.
There are so many people to thank for helping us along this amazing journey; from those who supported us financially, purchased our music, gave us a van, allowed us to sing in your church or stay in your home, prayed for us, sent us a word of encouragement, brought us food or gifts, you have blessed us in ways that only eternity will reveal. Ya'll have given us some awesome memories that will be shared around our table for years to come. We trust the Lord will bless you a hundred fold.
Our last performance will be at Silver Dollar City on April 1 & 3 and then we have jobs to find and 3 weddings to plan between April 16th and October 8th. Please keep us in your prayers and stay in touch. We are in the process of completing another recording project with all of our latest songs and we'll keep you posted on our website and facebook page when that is available. Also look there for some special deals on past recordings as well.
We love you all and know that the Lord will continue the work He has begun in you!
Forever in Christ,
Randy for The Franz'
